Energy Management

The energy manager actively supports property maintenance and suggests measures to improve energy use, maintenance and service.
We actively analyze energy consumption, compare it to previous years and look for deviations.

Remote Monitoring
Verification of the operation of processes and checks of programming enable finding better control methods.
Due to regular monitoring, deviations are reacted to quickly.
Remote monitoring includes monitoring the alarms on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., weekly checks and accurate process monitoring at different times of the year.

Reporting
Our reporting includes the operation of the property’s processes, indoor air conditions, energy consumption and its development, as well as the measures that have been done.
We don’t report problems, we report solutions.

Visiting the sites
On site, our energy manager checks the proper functioning of the processes, makes indoor air condition surveys and, if necessary, makes minor repairs in one visit.
After the visit, the property owner receives a comprehensive report on the operation of the property and knows how to prepare for the future.
